Aligners & Braces
The use of dental implants is a common and efficient method of replacing lost teeth. It entails surgically inserting dental implants, or artificial tooth roots, into the mandible. Over time, the implants fuse with the bone.
After the implants are firmly incorporated, they offer a strong basis for dental restorations like crowns, bridges, or dentures.

Procedure for Treating Dental Implants
First Consultation:
In order to evaluate your jawbone and oral health during our initial appointment, our dentist or oral surgeon will examine your mouth and go over your medical history.
They will give you advice on scans and radiographs.
We will talk about your expectations for the course of treatment, as well as address any questions you may have.
Planning for Treatment:
A customized treatment plan is created based on the assessment. This covers how many implants are required, the kind of restoration (crown, bridge, denture), and any extra procedures that might be necessary (like bone grafting or sinus lift if your bone is not strong enough).
Placement of Implants:
To ensure your comfort on the day of the implant surgery, you might be given general anesthesia, sedation, or local anesthesia.
In order to expose the jawbone and prepare the area for implant implantation, the dental surgeon makes an incision in the gum.
After the implant which is often composed of titanium is placed into the jawbone, the gum tissue is sewn back over it.
The process of osseointegration:
Osseointegration is the process that takes place over the following few months. The replacement tooth will have a strong foundation thanks to the implant’s fusion with the jawbone.
If necessary, you may receive a temporary restoration during this healing phase.
Placement of Abutment:
After osseointegration is finished, an abutment is attached to the implant via a minor surgical procedure. The final restoration and the implant are connected by the abutment.
Observations and Repair:
To make a custom made crown, bridge, or denture, impressions of your teeth and abutment are taken.
The restoration is made in a dental laboratory to closely resemble your original teeth in terms of size, color, and shape.
Final Position:
The final restoration is attached to the abutment by your dentist or oral surgeon, guaranteeing a snug fit and aesthetic appeal.
They examine your bite and adjust it as needed to ensure optimal occlusion.
Following Up Care:
To make sure the implant is integrated properly and to track the healing process, follow up appointments are planned on a regular basis.
Maintaining the health of your implant and the surrounding tissues requires practicing good oral hygiene, which includes brushing, flossing, and scheduling routine dental checkups.
To make sure the implant is integrated properly and to track the healing process, follow up appointments are planned on a regular basis.
